Just received the POD and the driver, P-A, was very professional and polite. Delivered the Pod on time and provided many tips and explainations. Also was very considerate about where to drop it off so we had easy access.

Excellent service from PODS from start to finish. The delivery and removal were smooth and stress-free, and the driver, Paul-Antoine, was fantastic — professional, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. He even took the time to shovel the snow in the driveway after removing the pod, which was truly appreciated. Great experience overall and highly recommended.

Sam delivered the Pod exactly as requested. He was courteous, helpful and friendly.
Corporate should revise their insurance strategy. I was denied by customer service at Pods to add content insurance for the furniture in the pod as we were loading it up. They could have made me a happier customer and made more money, weird business strategy...
All of the moving companies PODS recommended were in the USA . and none of them would serve a Canadian Customer. I wasted time calling all three of PODS recommended movers.

Had an amazing experience with PODS. They were flexible with delivery and pick up schedules. Very prompt with their communication. Sam, one of the delivery drivers was very accommodating with our restricted parking space for delivery.
