“We are a dual energy customer, on request (certainly not their biggest customer). Severe cold weather. The 7 business day on-call delivery model is not ideal (tip, switch to fixed-time delivery). All that remains is that with a little effort from each party, we were able to have an on-time delivery between Christmas and New Year's Day. Thank you Isabelle, Manon, Martin and Nathalie.”

“Great experience, fair prices and exceptional customer service. They came to install my tank and even helped troubleshoot my fireplace when they came for the installation. They pass by regularly to check if I need a fill up when they’re in the area. A+”

“So far, they have responded to my email, came to deliver propane as confirmed, issued the bill on their portal the next day. I receive a call the day before to notify me of the delivery. I made sure to be home; thankfully, I did because I showed him how to come in and where the propane tanks. I do find their bill clear as it indicates how many L, $ charged per L, and the additional eco fees (not sure how you call it). I got charge 0.98$ per L, and the eco fees is 14$ for me. I do want to add that the filling was done after winter.”
