No chariots on a Sunday with only 2 cars parked in addition to ours. Where did they all go? We had to shove our things down the corridor to our unit which took us way longer. This is not the first time there has been a lack of chariots. I can understand on moving day in June but not at this time of year.
Summer deal for 3 months at half price is worth it because their regular price of 200$ for a 5x10ft is pricey.
Some of the front desk staff tend towards unfriendly.
Ceiling is of sprayed foam asbestos which is supposed to be banned as its a carcinogen. Even though I haven't seen any bugs, a client came to warn me while I was unpacking my stuff to warn me that he had seen huge "b'bites" coming out the walls.(?)
But will upgrade this review if they fix the lack of chariots problem, at least.
Review update: One thing gets better but the other doesn't. So even though there were more chariots after my last review, the agent neglected to give me the direct debit form to fill out when I changed my unit. So what happened? I was penalized $$ for a late payment as I had assumed the contract would just continue with the new unit. It was his error, but I was charged 25$ late fee for it. This is not cool.
I would like to upgrade this review but this last story of a penalty fee annoyed me.
The last agent I dealt with showed flexibility with my move out date, and I appreciate it, but honestly, cant upgrade with inconsistent service.

I have rented storage space a few times at Entrepôt Public (955 highway 13 Chomedey) and I am very satisfied with it. Safe, very clean, well tempered, no humidity, easy to access, courteous and helpful staff. I really recommend this location.

I had rented a storage with public storage on last August for three months because of the flood. It was very stressful time for me as for everyone. Special thanks for Mr. Ghazi Briouza who was very helpful, understandable, patient with customers. Although today is Saturday and was busy, He really made it easy for us when I went to pickup my stuff. Many thanks.
