Delivery person keeps leaving “we missed you” paper without ringing or knocking. I was home all day, only to come out and see paper on the door. Twice in a row for same delivery. No wonder their support line has “45 minutes waiting period”. It’s been more than 55 minutes, still no answer. No wonder why they keep their company private and off the stock exchange.
Also, why am I paying for delivery if I have to go claim it at their distribution center. This feels like a scam. This is not the first time it happens on one of my deliveries handled by puro. It happened a couple of times in the past, but never twice in a row for the same delivery.
I recommend you avoid all online purchases sent through Purolator.

Normally I don’t have much nice to say about couriers, but during the Canada Post strike I went here, even though they were busy they were helpful and made the process easy as well as being friendly.

NO SERVICE!!! My package worth several hundred $$$ is nowhere to be found, the delivery person made only one delivery attempt and left me a notice to pick up my package at their service center in Laval, already it's as far away as having gone to pick up my package from the sender, but even worse, my package is not available contrary to the information in the delivery notice! So my package is missing in their systems and they can't give me any information!!!

Junk company. I paid 30$ for a little tiny package and after 3 weeks still unknown where is it, no estimate delivery date!!

My opinion concerns the delivery system and not the people employed at the Laval center. The lady who served me here was kind and smiling. The service was lousy and no empathy at the Boisbriand delivery store, I showed up one day after the delivery man came to my house at the address left on the delivery form at 31 ch de la grande Côte Boisbriand, The lady told me to arrogant way that the package has already been sent to another warehouse in Laval far from my home by more than 15 km. And it's my mistake because I didn't check the site before traveling!!! I then check on the site with the tracking number and I can't find any useful information on the location of my package that I paid for more than three weeks ago!! I try to call, two hours of waiting on the phone!!!! I regret my purchase and I will never do it again...

Seriously, you're doing it hard! I'm at home to receive a package and the driver didn't even ring the bell before leaving the really ridiculous "sorry we missed you" card, plus you have to wait until Monday noon to pick it up in Laval!!! This isn't the first time Purolator drivers have done this to us.
