Worst service and policy.
I have a contractor account.
Went into the store first thing in the morning of OCT.7,2024.
Asked them i need to rent van for material.
I was told to wait for van to arrive.I bought boxes of floor and was waiting with my material.
Customer service wrote my phone number and said they will call me i and can wait in store in the meantime.
I came to counter if the van has arrived.customer service told me they gave the van to another client because i was not waiting on the counter.she said supervisor said we will not call (i was waiting on the payment counter) we only give to person who is sitting and waiting in front of the counter.
Now i am waiting sitting in front of the counter from last 1 hour.
I will add more details if i get van and when.

This location DOES NOT have anything in stock! Their nuts, bolts, and screw are all mixed up in bins, and they don't have even the most common M4 and M6 screws. Staff do not want to help you. They just tell you to go ask someone else. If you manage to get help, they will show you the aisle and tell you to find your own stuff. The hone depot across the street is way better!
I want to shop local, but It's just impossible to shop at every reno Depot in general. The store arrangement is just messy versus Home Depot.
