Went at customer service for a hot water tank. The person at the counter actually yelled at one of her colleagues to come and take the order because she was soon finishing her shift. The other person was slowly dragging her feet like she really did not want to help us. When she finally made it to the counter she was completely lost, and going from one computer to another supposedly trying to find a date for delivery. We finally said never mind just cancel everything, she acted all surprised and returned chatting with her other colleagues (about 5 people) including the first person who was yelling that her shift was almost over all this within 20 minutes approx. Imagine we were about to spend almost 1000$ and this is the ''service'' we get. Rona+ ? I wonder what the + stands for.

This store is absolute trash. At the PRO section there's three people on one computer that can't even serve customers. One cashier has a whole line of people waiting while they do absolutely nothing. Plus, there's an oversized woman at the PRO who gave me an attitude when I asked for help. Very impolite and needs to be fired. Worst service from her and didn't take any customers to pass at her cash. Never coming back here.

I went 2 days ago and I asked for a specific item and where to find it Two people from rona gave two different aisles and finally I figured on my own where to find it.I rather go to smaller store to have a good service.

A very special thank you to the 2 young employees in the painting section....they made great efforts to modify an already prepared color which did not come out well under my lighting at home...it is not an easy task to dose at the drop ready...but the young lady took the time...so even if not everything is perfect in the supermarkets...this employee takes her work to heart..4 star at the rona but 5 star ls to this employee

I paid $300 for a tool that is offered at Outillage Summit for $200 and they are not able to take the tool back, even in perfect condition, all because the reason for the return is that it was not suitable for the work I had to do. Frankly very disappointed, my company purchased above $100,000 annually and no compromise was put in place for our satisfaction. This is the last time I will visit this establishment.

Very poor service. I asked for grout for limestone it was all lost can't even guide me. Real Cabochon service! In addition, I was not served by Moussa, a bad experience

You’ll never find someone to help you and if you find one it’s the end of the world.

Samanta the head cashier, she is stupid with her employees in addition to being stupid with the customers. In the returns section there is an old lady who is always angry every day, she complains at the customers who bring back their returns but her job is to take care of those who bring back their items. Really terrible service from them! I've seen a lot of stuff from them & frankly no Reno depot can be as bad service as this. Young people are stupid with each other & don't work, don't offer help we have to do everything alone it's just incredibly pathetic!!! 1 star that's nice it was just to say what I had to say.

Bad customer service, incompetent cashiers, no credibility in words. My experience with Reno-depot was bad. the Managers contradict their employees and the invoice. One of the managers left my husband and I to talk to him and left. No respect for customers. I am very sad and unfortunately I will not return to this store again. I purchased a product worth $186 and carefully checked with customer service if the product was exchangeable and refundable, and they told me (YES) within a specific time frame as stated on the invoice . But the shock came when I tried to return the product in its conditions. They categorically REFUSED, citing hundreds of arguments, and did not even give me the opportunity to replace it with something else. They told me to sell it on (Facebook). I felt disrespected as a customer of the store. So I left the product worth $168 in the store and left.
I hope no one will have the same experience as me. I also hope that cashiers will be better informed and that customers will be more respected at your place.

Save yourself the trouble. If you buy here, be 100000% sure of what you are buying. Returns take forever. The service is terrible in the rows. After spending more than $2500 on materials over 6 months, I was told by the MANAGER that he had no one to place a special door order on a Thursday evening. Save yourself the trouble. Pay $1 more and go support your local BMR, Pont Masson or another independent.

Beware of household appliance delivery drivers! They only remove one appliance instead of two ??as expected and I had a not too competent technician to install the appliances I had to go back to the store ?

I had an amazing experience with one of the employees in the seasonal section. I was searching for mouse traps as I have a little friend living in my office. The employee, Alexandra was super friendly and very knowledgeable on where everything was. Huge help!

It's summer, it's hot and leaving your dog in the car can be dangerous. If there is no clear sign in the front of the store (no food service), I enter.
Most of your employees were very happy to see my little French bulldog, well on a leash. I met several of them, all equally friendly and who directed me to the right row. Until I heard a scream: NO DOG RIGHT!!!! I replied: It's good, I'm leaving, having found what I was looking for. YOU NEED TO TAKE HIM IN YOUR ARMS, PEOPLE ARE SCARED, THERE ARE ALLERGIES!!! All while speaking louder and louder and following me too closely. I'TS NOT POLITE!!! For the sake of politeness, we'll go back to that one...
You should be clear, you can put a sticker on the front to warn and all your employees should say the same thing.
I would like to point out that most of them were very friendly, that they saw that I had good control over my animal. Allergens are everywhere. Animals too, like the seagulls outside. My dog is on a leash and if I saw someone scared, I would hug them right away.
More and more businesses allow dogs, and most dog owners are respectful. I usually don't have any problems at hardware stores. It would be great to see this dog-friendly sticker in your store window :)

By far the worst experience ever. Not one single worker can help you out thats if u find someone around !
I recommend to engage more employees to serve the customers as they deserve to.
What it makes this place good - the prices are cheaper than any other competitor !
