Not recommended at all!You call, you just check with them the price of a service (which is already known and logic), after very specific questions and clear answers you get the exact price, then when you get there, they charge you a random price and tell you they’ve made another service!! (Changing type of polish without even telling you about it).Hello!!! Clients could be kind to you once but they are not stupid to come back!! Anw it seems you even don’t care whether they do or not.Reply:dear owner, thank you for your reply, but to be clear I did NOT change my mind to a long lasting polish. I didnt say a word! I would pay 100$ if I asked for it. YOU asked me to change the color I have chosen after discussing with ur colleague in ur language which I do not understand, without mentioning any reason and without saying that this was actually a change of the type! So I thought you asked me to change it simply because the color was not available. I usually do not write bad reviews so I would not have done it if you were really clear. Anw, thx again for replying.

I visited the Regal Nails Salon in the Walmart on Ramsey Street, in Fayetteville, NC on 6/5/23. I wanted to get a polish change while I was waiting on an oil change for my car. When I arrived at the salon ( I use a walker so it was a slow process) there was one customer at the pedicure bowl and one employee standing at the entrance. As I attempted to sign in he asked me "what do you need". Since it was slow I said " maybe a regular pedicure "? I was willing to spend more. He told me: " we closed". I said : " the sign says 7pm and it is only 6pm". He replied: " we close early today for staff meeting ". I said: " where is the sign to this effect?" He said: " there is not one ". I told him that was rude and not very good customer service. This was the second time I had that experience at his salon and I would not be back. I also told him Walmart would not be happy that they treated customers this way. He told me: " we don't work for Walmart ", with a smirk on his face. I turned around and I said: " if you get enough complaints, see how fast they toss your salon out of here". He said: " that won't happen!" I walked over to an associate and told him what just transpired. He told me he was so sorry that I, a Walmart customer had been treated so rudely. I promise you if all nail salons closed down but Regal Nails, I will do my own! I will never set foot in one ever again!

This is the worst manicure I've ever had. There is no attention to detail, it's so very rushed n even if I commented at the time, it just never got done right. Paint and acrylic on the cuticles, pass the cuticles...the shape of my nails looks ridiculous. It's just bad...if she had taken the proper time, I'm sure she could have done it better but they r all rushed just to fit it in another customer. I'm so disappointed.

Excellent nail salon!This is the best customer service I have gotten. Viviane was nice and professional she made sure I'm pleased with my nails and offered a re-do with no charge! Thank you!

Worst customer service. Every time I call to make an appointment I am still stuck waiting for 30-45 mins before they take me. They take clients without appointments and then you show up and you are stuck waiting. Zero apology, simple laughs and smiles that you are waiting like a dog. Either wait or leave. After countless years I’ve had enough. No kidding this place is always empty, it’s lost all of its clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 1 hour appointment ends up being 2 hours because they just taken in walk-in. Zero professionalism. Zero stars for this garbage establishment. They probably won’t read this review either because they don’t care about their business or how they treat people.Services: Pedicure

Not only is Vivian AMAZING, she makes sure her work is 100% perfect before she has finished your nails. She is meticulous! And I was treated to amazing 70's and 80's music! Great prices, and friendly staff. I love how beautiful my nails are! ??Services: Polish removal

They go to fast and don't pay attention to detail. I asked for a type of look and it took 3 of them to try it and none of them got it. I went to a different place and they got it right away. Although the lady who does eyelashes is good.

Absolute worst service. Got to my 6pm appointment on time, everyone looked at me but I wasn’t acknowledged for about 10 minutes. Was told my turn was soon, but ended up only being attended to at 7:20pm. I kept getting told 5 more minutes until my turn. Other people with appointments around the same time as me were also waiting just as long. Plenty of walk-ins afterwards that were told their turn was soon when really there were 4 people before them.Toes were done okay, but the polish on my hands were sloppy. Filing was done poorly as well. I was told my total, and when I gave the exact amount without tipping (because of the wait time and poorly done nails) then I was told it was $5 more than the price they first gave me.

I waited for 22 minutes, I arrived a minute earlier, and I was not attended to. So disrespectful and unprofessional.Reply: Cudos on your business is going well, but you could have given me a different appointment, I was busy as well, but I respected the time you specified for me while you didn't.
