I went to the store on Monday June 19, 2023 at 10 a.m. and the saleswoman was not welcoming and bordering on arrogant. She spoke to me with a lot of attitude when I placed an order, even though I am a loyal Reitmans customer. Usually I shop at the Reitmans store in the Laval center where the salespeople are very welcoming and do everything to help me. Very disappointed with this Reitmans store at the crossroads, not recommended.

Too many types of linen and not enough variety in sizes, only large and tall pieces remained, even though we were at the start of the season. The cleanliness of the fitting rooms left something to be desired when I passed, there were balls of dust.
