Terrible customer service. The receptionist doesn't even let you explain your situation, just throws you on hold without notice. I'll just tow myself I guess? ?♀️

What a bunch of carefree people in the middle of winter they say that it will take 30 to 60 minutes and after 60 minutes when we call back they say another 60 minutes a real danger for hypothermia, frankly dangerous!!! (of course I called another tow which came in 15 minutes!!!) there is a big lack of management and communication in this company, rotten teamwork.

I seriously wonder how this company has almost 5 stars. It's certain that the reviews are fake and that they give themselves a good rating because their organization is atrocious. I called a towing and was assured it should arrive between 30 and 90 minutes. I call 75 minutes later and am told to wait another 35 minutes because the delivery person is stuck at an accident site. After about 30 minutes a driver arrives only to tell me that his truck is broken and that he is not capable of towing it and that one of his colleagues has already been notified and that he is in road to pick up my car. Another 30 minutes later I call and am told that the driver is stuck in traffic and will be there in 35-40 minutes. Gigantic waste of time. Lack of organization. Equipment that does not work. You still have to be bold to ask for $145 + tax for a towing of barely 10-15 km and not know how to manage such a simple and easy business.Have another company tow you, saving your time and money.
