I purchased a couch for my basement that i assumed would be the last couch i ever buy (at that insane price) the couch cost 28,000$ before taxes and is in a grey/beige material. The couch has aged horribly even though it has barely been used a dozen or so times. The support base has become lop-sided and is imploding out the front sides. It looks raggedy and cheap, the color is changing. The filling in the cushions has also changed and seems to have evaporated, leaving the cushions flat and uneven. Pretty much the absolute worst couch i have ever seen in all generations of my family. To put it into perspective, a couch that i bought in a very similar style at structube for 2500$ is still straight and pretty and it has 2 years of daily use. The 28,000$ couch is the version of the eole from 2022 and i have not used it more than 10 or 12 times since 2022, it looks so horrible and used that i would be embarrassed to give it away for free.. but i would sell the couch from structube for 1000$ on marketplace even though its been used at least 1000 times. It makes absolutely no sense. Another couch i purchased as maison corbeil for 4000$ looks brand new and has 4 years of heavy use. So i would only trust roche bobois if they would have a logical explanation on why a couch that was never used is imploding on itsself and why the cushions are all messed up? And either fix it or replace it. This couch was the price of a car and i am embarrassed to let anyone in my basement to see it (but so insulted that i wasted 28,000$ × taxes that i refuse to throw this horrible quality cheap garbage into the trash)
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else and buy 10 couches for the price of one at roche bobois.

Delivery could take up to 6 months but they can provide with temporary set until they deliver your order.
