I had a bad experience during my last visit regarding the return policy. Following a $40 discount on purchases of $120 or more, I returned two items. The amount of my invoice with the return was still well above $120. The cashier deducted the percentage of the $40 discount from the refund. I reported the situation, which made no sense, by email and never received any follow-up. I find such after-sales service distressing.

I recently had a really positive shopping experience with a clothing salesperson named Sarine. I usually don’t shop at RW&Co but it’s my friend’s favourite store so I wanted to buy some items for her as a birthday gift. Sarine showed me around, told me about the promotions, and offered helpful style suggestions. She really went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect items, and I even bought something for myself. Great job! I’ll be back!

I was at RW&Co at Carrefour Laval two weeks ago and witnessed the most awkward and disappointing scene. Two “higher” level employees took turns to come and tell the Salesperson who was serving me to move along and go serve other customers. They told her, in front of me, that she shouldn’t be wasting so much time chit chatting with clients. Can you believe it?? I was in complete shock. I was there seriously interested in buying several pieces and she was simply doing her job giving me a run down of the promos they have and what I can find where. We were both left with our mouths wide open. I later inquired about their names and i feel it’s my responsibility to put it here so someone at head office can perform a serious evaluation of the kind of staff they have working at stores in prime locations like Carrefour Laval. Their names were Randy and Joanna. You can do better RW&Co!! These people are chasing your customers away.

I emailed head office regarding a quality issue with their clothing, they asked for photos of the tags and damage and never responded to my 3 reminder emails afterward. I will never spend another cent on this company again. It's not normal for the seam to come undone after wearing a camisole twice. It's not worth the price. You have just lost a great client.

Passé une commande en ligne durant le cyber monday. Puisque j'étais partis en vacance pour 2semaines, je ne peux me rendre au magasin récupérer la commande dans les 5jours. J'ai donc appel au magasin pour prolonger l'attente pour que je passe récupérer ma commande au retour de mon voyage 7jours plus tard mais le magasin ne peux prolonger.

Not the best store experience unless you already know what you want. I originally wanted two pants, but I noticed, only after my purchase, that in the end I ended up with just 1 and I was very misunderstood in relation to the order placed. In short, at the start no one comes to help us serve either… the quality is there, but not the customer service.
