Even though this store was super busy, I was welcomed with excellent costumer service. Marie-Anne (I am so sorry if I spelt your name wrong. I wasn’t able to find your name on the receipt) was SUPER HELPFUL ♥️She took the time to help me pick out what I was looking for. Without her help I would have spent 2 hours + searching for the which perfume to buy and might have ended up with something I didn’t like.I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely come back to see her

I went for my birthday September 24th because I wanted to get a few things to get ready for my birthday dinner. But the girl did help me match and answered my questions. However, people don’t need to wearing makeup to be respected. I went there to splurge on myself. So when I went to pay and I ask for my gift , i always get one every year. she was like you can’t get a gift we don’t give gifts. And I was like that’s a lie because I got the email and she was like do I want to pay off now or not. she dismissed me completely. I had to run out of the store because I didn’t want to cry on my birthday for a gift. And I guess I will continue to order online and never go there again. Do better Sephora.

The products sold are mediocre in quality, the tip of the eye pencil I bought broke as soon as I tried it on plus it’s very expensive! Not only that but after a few seconds of application my eyes became red. I also didn’t see any expiration date, who knows for how long that eye pencil had been sitting on their shelf. I also bought a lip pencil, again, expensive, and it felt greasy on the lips. And no expiration date on this one too!They try to woo you with their free samples but don’t fall for it. It’s not worth risking an allergic reaction. I’m not going there again and my advice will be to avoid buying makeup from this store. It doesn’t deserve even one star!

I have spent more than 900$ in this store. Today, around 2pm-3:30pm, I went to look around for some skincare, and a sephora employee wearing a veil and glasses (i think her name was Fatima or Roua) was stocking some products. I was literally next to her, and I had a product in my hand that i put back shortly after on the shelf. Keep in mind i was quite literally next to her. Another employee with weird hair comes and hands me a basket, in which i put a product that i was gonna buy inside. A few minutes later, as i was looking at other products, the employee with the veil comes to me and accuses me of theft in front of the whole store. And her reasoning was that she ''didn't see me put it back''. I told her to check the cameras, or count the stock of the product as proof that I didn't take anything. Just because you didn't see me put it back does not mean that i stole it. She still insisted that i was stealing with no proof whatsoever. Dogs get better treatment. Im not a broke sephora employee like yourself hun, if i like something, i pay for it. She kept insisting that i stole and brought the guard and everything in the middle of the store with everybody looking around. Keep in mind that all this was happening because she did not see me put it back, which is quite odd because i was standing right next to her when i put it back. There was also no proof that i took it bc her incompetent self didn't check the cameras or bother counting the stock to make sure none was missing. I was being accused in front of the whole store. Normally employees with common sense only accuse someone of theft in front of the whole store when there is proof. Also, i told her that i did put it back and that she should leave me alone and go check cameras,etc and she kept insisting that i stole it and wasn't even sure. she just wanted the credit. I was humiliated, and done wrong. I was racially profiled and the whole store was listening. I won't be spending money at sephora anymore. I would have 100% sued if they went as far as to check my pockets. Luckily, the guard, and the manager had braincells, and confirmed that there was no theft. Hope u guys fired that incompetent racist employee Roua or whatever her name is xx next time i go i will be sure to take a picture of her and add it here. This was wrong on so many levels and a violation of my rights and privacy. Brokie sephora employees please go f* yourselves and keep living on minimum wage. bunch load of dirt x

My daughter and I booked makeup services and makeup artist Francesca at Carrefour Laval did such a BAD job my daughter left the place in tears. I was so upset I choose NOT to say anything because they would have called the security. Francesca is sad that you think you're a make artist maybe for the blind. Ladies DO NOT LET this person touch your face unless is for a Halloween party.

Marie-Anne is the best one in the store, she helped match my shade the rare beauty tinted moisturizer i bought match my tone on a perfect level and she helped me also with couple of questions find the perfect perfume. Really patient and smiley and close to the heart i am always going to see her whenever i visit this location

I was eager to write a review as soon as I had the opportunity regarding the Sephora store (carrefour laval) and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations on every level…From the moment I called on Thursday, shoutout to the sweetest human Jessica who answered and made me feel heard on one of their busiest days of the year (prom) to the minute I stepped foot inside the store, I was greeted with the genuine willingness to assist me. I wanted assistance in purchasing lashes and doing my eye makeup and was able to get my entire makeup done, which I’ve always been skeptical of as I prefer doing my own, by an amazing and talented artist Skyler!!! I cannot thank HER enough for going above and beyond and giving me exactly the look I envisioned… I’m forever hooked and blown away by her commitment and love for her art!Evenmore, the knowledgeable and friendly workers at Sephora demonstrated a great understanding of their products and were more than happy to offer recommendations.The range of products available at Sephora is nothing short of impressive.Overall, my experience was truly exceptional: The combination of outstanding customer service and a talented artist really made it one of the best visits. Great Job ladies ??

I went to Sephora carrefour laval on friday may 5th to apply lashes. My appointement was at 3pm. By 10pm that same night the lashes started coming off. It's the first time that this has happened to me, i've had lash application numerous times before My problem is the response of the assistant manager the next day when i called. I explained to her the situation and told her i had a wedding to attend to and i needed to come the earliest possible just for someone to stick them back on. This would litteraly take 5min. She was so unprofessional and clearly did not want to help. She kept repeating that they are fully booked (over 6 times). It was clear that this store didn't care about loosing customers, as they are always full. Instead of telling me to come whenever i can and that they would try to accommodate me, she gave me a specific time which obviously i couldn't make it to be there. Really disappointing!!
