I have known the Shan Brand for a long time. I had the privilege a few times recently to go there to buy swimsuits but also clothes. The reception I received from Patrizia Riviera was simply exceptional. She knows the clothing collections inside out and can easily adjust all the collections to what you are looking for and your particular style. Her skill as an advisor is impressive. I went back recently when she was assisted by Hélène to help me and the experience was just as excellent. In short, very high quality clothing designed by a woman for women and exceptional personalized service. I referred friends and acquaintances to Patrizia and they all corroborated my impression and my satisfaction with her services. Thanks again.

I love shopping at Shan! I am always welcomed there with great kindness. I am a seasoned “shopper” and this is probably the store with the most wow customer experience (Laval store but also shan web)! Bravo to Maria for taking her work, her remarkable patience and dedication so seriously. The advisors always give the truth when you try it in the cabin and you never feel the pressure to buy. The clothes are a little expensive, it's true, but they offer unparalleled comfort, an elegant and contemporary style and they remain beautiful even after several years! Special mention also to Patrizia who is really nice! Don't give up on your excellent work, team Shan!

Shan offers high quality swimwear with very stylish designs. The staff in Laval is great. Patrizia serves me every time and she gives excellent customer service. She’s very friendly, patient and she makes the best recommendations of pieces that suit my body type.

Very poor customer service, autain approach, staff treat customers with condescension and contempt. Clearance sale, final but prevents customers from trying.
You pay $500 for a jersey and the experience is mediocre. The staff do not like being told that the service is poor and blame it on the company. We will have understood that this will be our last purchase from Shan, we would have bought more if we had the right to try. We will no longer be good brand ambassadors
