I went today to that gas station at 19:05 pm and there's a old man that is really rude and has no patience, i paid 30$ for gas and he only gave me 29$. Ill never go there again.

As someone that spent over 400$ a month at this gas station I am never ever returning here again. The cashiers are very rude unless you’re an Arab speaker. This older man cashier lets his friends hang around and talk in Arabic in front of you. I recommend others to stay away from this gas station.

Wednesday April 9 early morning around 3:35 Am. Very rude guy working there i asked him i want to use washroom he told me you can’t, when i told him i will buy drinks too he changed his statement and told its closed didn’t even bothered to ask me that you can’t buy drinks and never let me inside the store. You don’t even deserve a star.

This gas station is definitely not the most convenient, mainly because of their prepay-only policy. It’s frustrating, especially since it’s a busy location, and it causes unnecessary delays with long lines forming at the pumps. Having to constantly prepay, even for small top-ups, makes the whole experience more of a hassle than it should be.
Inside, they do offer a wide variety of items, which is nice, but another major issue is their late-night policy. They lock their doors multiple times at 11 PM, forcing customers to shop from the outside, which is incredibly inconvenient. If someone needs something, they should be able to walk in and grab it without dealing with this extra layer of hassle.
They really need a better system in place. If they’re that concerned about theft or people driving off without paying, they should consider hiring security instead of making paying customers deal with these annoying policies. With so many people stopping here regularly, they should focus on making things more efficient rather than adding unnecessary obstacles.

The cashier refused to gas without prepaying even though it says at the pump that you only have to prepay from 23h to 6h (It was 7pm). Not the first time the cashiers at this station have been totally rude or have ignored clients because they're having a conversation together. I can't believe after 2 years of going there they haven't been fired yet.

I have never reviewed a gas station before but the service I received from Azizz deserves it. My wife and I were searching ALL over town for a case of water (I think there were a few major events going on + flooding) and you couldn't find one anywhere.
Azizz searched the entire store and the back for us, found us 1 single case. He is a hero. Very friendly, super great worker and awesome service. I wish more people were like Azizz.

Please remove the old man from the night shift; he never allows anyone in after midnight. ALL other employees keep the doors unlocked but him!!! I don’t have super X-ray vision to see which drink I'd like to buy from outside lol. This is absolutely ridiculous and total nonsense. If you're scared for your life, then don’t work there.
