The new store is very narrow, difficult to get around in a stroller.
Very unwelcoming staff, not available and I would even say snobbish (I have visited the store several times a year for 4 years). I prefer to order online to avoid a bad experience!

Thank you mouse mini following the boycott of many children's clothing chains I find my happiness at mouse mini. What could be better than supporting a Quebec company. A company that has not yet managed to adapt to the current situation for online orders. I chose branch delivery to avoid delays one week before my daughter's birthday. I tried to find out more about the delivery date, but no response to my phone message. Tomorrow I send an email and I get a terse response from customer service who does not try to help me, but who cites a delay of 5 to 10 working days (this delay is not displayed on the site when ordering). No response to my 2nd very polite email asking if I can be refunded, or if at least part of the order is available. At least a more human collaboration from the store staff that I called directly. But the heartbreaking result: no present for the 8-year-old this evening.
