Good products have good quality, a little expensive for being Chinese. The sellers' service is good but there were too many memorandums for being available, I bought several products and a month later I still have not received them.

The service and attention of the sellers is very good.
The bad side of xxx is when you are unhappy with an item; the refund procedure is torture, finally I accepted an exchange for another item, a sofa. The big problem is that this sofa was not in stock and initially they said two weeks and now 1 month, mid or end of August.
Bad, very bad.
The store's response is to wait....
Ask before giving money, then they do hard loa.

Awesome… from the start. Kudos to Mariam in the Laval store to the delivery gents!!! A truly wonderful experience not to mention the furniture I purchased. I feared that the assembly of the table and chairs would be a nightmare… nope - it was a dream. The couch was super easy as well. Bravo to StrucTube. I love my purchases. Thank you ?

This is by far the worst store I’ve ever visited, very rude and unprofessional service, the cashiers are supposed to be properly trained and informed regarding their return policy . I bought a portable air conditioner two weeks go, despite asking the cashier if I open and use it will I be able to return it if I’m not satisfied with performance, the lady told me I can return it as I will have 3 months, but now I brought it back and upon checking the box the customer service in the store is telling me the box is damaged or the contents missing, I assured them everything is inside the box if they just check it properly, but they’re refusing to process the return, every one be aware, don’t buy any electronics or anything, the manager doesn’t even have the decency to come talk to me face to face,

I have bought a bedroom dresser from Structube that unfortunately is faulty. It no longer fully closes. After replacement pieces were sent, the dresser broke again after another month. Customer service is refusing to issue a refund or credit and instead is sending the same replacement parts again. Also, replies from the customer service department are extremely slow.

When there are specials it is worth going to Structube. Otherwise, go ahead and give yourself ideas for decoration and furniture for your home and try your hand at the user on Marketplace. Regular prices are way too expensive.
