After moving away, I contacted the company to inquire about the unexpectedly high tank pickup fee. Initially, a representative told me the fee for pickup, but when I received the bill, that amount was significantly higher! They didn't want to adjust the fee despite the difference.During the same call, I also discovered I had a credit balance on my account—something they never informed me about. I only learned of it after receiving yet another bill to pay, which prompted me to investigate further. The representative mentioned it's their policy for the customer to call them to receive a cheque with the credits left, which I don't agree with. Also, how can we request so when we are not even made aware of such credit!
Be aware: if you close your account and have a remaining credit, their policy is not to automatically issue a refund and not notify you. There is a lack of transparency and poor customer communication.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Their frontline service is decent but internally they do not communicate and their leadership team prefers hiding behind a keyboard rather than picking up the phone and falling their clients back after weeks of escalating an issue.
Their fees are exorbitant, and charge excessive“after hours” fees for urgent calls/propane leaks. When asked for an explanation, I was told that had I waited until Monday to get the issue resolved, it would have been cheaper. Great response Superior, can’t wait to replace you guys. What a joke.

Completely ridiculous, I called to get prices to become a customer. I was told that since I was only going to do two fill-ups, we're talking about 2 fillings of a 420lb tank, he didn't want me as a customer. Terrible customer service!

Not only did it take them 4 days to deliver propane to me in the middle of the ice storm in April 2023 (my neighbors received their delivery in 24 to 48 hours with another supplier...); Now Superior Propane does not credit me with the correct number of liters of propane when changing the tank! No way to know the number of liters of propane already present in the new tank. No delivery or work note indicates this. The customer service representative refuses me the opportunity to speak to her superior... In a year (when the rental of the tank is due) I will change supplier if customer service does not improve!

Never again ! Poor service and incompetence! Terminating my contract was enjoyable and liberating. I recommend it to all their clients. Now I'm with Belanger and it's the opposite. Best service I could have imagined.

Former Miller customer currently purchased by Superior. Very poor service. I have just been told that my installation was not compliant in the middle of winter when I have already been a customer for years.They no longer want to deliver me even though I have almost no propane left, I can't talk to anyone, they leave me in total embarrassmentI managed to find someone from the region who represents superior propane, they will come by, see and follow

They are way overpriced, as much as 0.50$ per liter, and also unwilling to negotiate a fixed rate. There are several other propane suppliers out there that are way cheaper with the same, if not better, service. I don't understand how they are able to justify the price discrepancy. Shop around and save your money.Sorry, too late to get my business back, I have moved on to another supplier after you had refused to negotiate in good faith.

I have been with them for years in the past but when the time came to get rid of the rental tanks, I was charged $350 at the time to get them back...My stove having been broken for months, I did not want to renew the annual rental.I therefore advised the company that it was IMPORTANT to collect the canisters by appointment when I was present, in order to open the fence and bring the dog in, and also to protect the fence. (Padlocked fence for intruders, especially Videotron employees)WITHOUT ADVISING ME, they came to get the canisters, necessarily passing them over the arbor, which damaged it.Then I received the bill for $350 for that, then a new bill for the annual rental fee for the following year!*IMPOSSIBLE to obtain any arrangements with them, either for an appointment, or to settle an unjustified payment.Result: Collection and credit score affected... ?10 years later, the debt collection scammers continue their telephone harassment, even though this "debt" disappeared from my file after 5 or 7 years (law) and they don't even know its origin.Moral of this story: If you are looking for services, make sure they don't lead to more problems!N.B: The employees COULD HAVE BEEN DEVOURED ROUND BY MY 250 POUND WOLFHOUD! ? No but what a bunch of idiots...
