This is my second time ordering from Brick Laval and while my first experience was good, I was left unimpressed & dissapointed with my second experience. I ordered a laundry tower and when it was delivered today, the delivery team refused to pick up my old washer/dryer because it was outdoors on my terrace. They said they can only take them if they are in their original spot. Due to space constraints, I had to move them out because I have been in renovations and they were in the way for my painters. They said it is the Brick’s policy, yet I was never informed of this when I made the purchase in store. I was only told that they needed to be unplugged. I find this absolutely ridiculous, considering they have only been outdoors for a day and with a roof over them. Extremely dissapointed.
