Mom of three here! Which means I’m always a busy bee.When I have the time,I try and spend it at the mall and even though I’m browsing for myself, I end up distracted and consumed by all the cute clothes in children’s place for my kids. As soon as I walked in i was approached by this lovely worker, Amanda her name was. What fantastic customer service she provided.The employee answered all my questions and made a delightful shopping experience for me!

Service pourri on nous dit que nous allons recevoir notre rabais par courriel les caissières se trompent toujours du courriel et on ne reçoit jamais rien ça fait 2 fois que ça arrive et qu’on va le réclamer ils nous disent que la promo est déjà fini et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire je ne reviendrai plus acheter la aucun service à la clientèle

Very rude service and lack of coordination between online orders and in store returns. The store manager was not able to retreive my order with the order number from the childrens place email, she wanted me to call a hot line!! I was so dissapointed when she suggested that. After I insisted multiple times on her to find a solution she them told me to go see my online account... she could have save all that trouble by suggesting that solution since the beginning. As a big store you should really optimized your system and also take time to train your staff. She made me feel all time like a d*** customer.

Very rude client service. In the month of september I gave them buissness of more than 700 dollars .For one shirt, I lost the receipt and wanted the exchange for 1 number smaller and person was so rude and spoken in a very bad manner as we are thieves and want to rob them by exchanging a shirt.GUESS WHAT at the back side of their receipts ,its clearly written that if we lose the receipts refund is not possible but exchange can be done. Surely , Not coming back here again .They need to fix their rude behaviour
