Great visit, went to get Lego for my husband and grandson. We had to wait a few minutes before getting into the store because it was so busy.
Great staff!!
The employee at the door was very nice and answered all the questions my grandson had about the Lego camera she had in her hands. Everyone was polite and helped us find what we wanted. They had what we went for and more. Massimo suggested my grandson do the "chercher trouver " game they had in store for kids, he loved it and the little trophy he got on completion.

I go there for bulk parts.
As much as the choice was excellent in December, the choice was zero today on January 10. Almost no parts used to build, only almost to insignificant accessories.
Hoping for a better choice on my next visit.

Nous voulions un lego en particulier. Je prends la peine de téléphoner afin d'être assuré que LEGO Store Carrefour en avait, car je savais que j'en avait pour 30 minutes pour me rendre et facilement 1h pour revenir. La commis m'informe qu'ils en ont mais ne font pas de mise de côté. Je me présente 30 minutes plus tard et ils en ont plus... je me suis bien fait avoir.

Wow! Line up in front of store for entry at this busy time! Once inside we were assisted by a sales rep almost immediately and found what we were looking for, purchase and exited promptly! Great system. Bravo!

The employees are always smiling and polite, other stores should take an example from the Lego store in Laval, know their product and current promotions well.
