I had tire change and oil change from here twice and it was good but last time in January I did my oil change and somehow it was leaking when I checked the oil filter wasn’t put back properly or didn’t change the seal on oil filter so I had oil leak but now I change my oil filter and it’s fine

I have been a client for many years and have had good service and experiences. However, this summer I had a lot of trouble with my car and it stalled. I got scammed by Canadian Tire as it was the only garage opened when my car stalled. Then I rented a trailer to go get my car and brought to this garage (since I was loyal to them) because I trusted them. They found out it was the gas pump and replaced it. I used my car the first time after bringing it home and it stalled AGAIN. It caused me not to have a car for two weeks, I had to have a lift home and inconvenience someone to help me. I also had school and work. At this point, I was frustrated and towed it to the closest garage because at this point I wasn’t financially doing well. I called PPC for a compensation and they said insurance would cover the gas pump. I wanted a compensation for the extra trouble, not JUST the part. In the end I spent the same amount of money and was not compensated at all for the trouble it caused. All I wanted was 25% on my original bill or something for the 8 years of loyalty. They never answered my follow up email. Just dissappointed.

Great service, fast and efficient. Prices are very good. Appointments are suggested especially in winter tires season before December 1st.

Je suis allé l'été passé pour un diagnostic pour un bruit que j'étais pas sûr de la provenance. Ils ont tout inspecté la suspension et la direction. Je suis juste un amateur, mais il y avait des choses sur la liste que je pouvais faire moi-même et économiser beaucoup. Ils n'ont pas bougonné et on s'est entendu que je reviendrais pour l'alignement.

Installation of 4 PZ4 tires + alignment. Etienne was very quick to return the submissions. The technician took the time to show me on his screen the corrections to make for the alignment.
Very competitive price, respected the appointment time and the invoice corresponded to the estimate. No surprise. I am very satisfied.

75 minutes to change 4 tires while I saw several technicians behind and there were only 2 of us in the waiting room and what's more, the one who put the tires back in my suitcase didn't even tie the bags , I had to do it myself, sorry to tell you but I won't go back. Maybe I had a bad day!
