If there was 0. I would give 0. I took all the things I needed. Rendu à la caisse y’a une qui me grondait. Au final j’ai décidé de tout laisser et partir sans rien acheté. Quand j’ai demandé pour le superviseur, elle disait qu’elle est le superviseur. Soit je laisse ou j’achète. C’était frustrant. Le service est pourri je fais l’expérience.

Avoid at all costs. The staff is rude and aggressive! They will become fixated with you for no reason from the moment you step into the shop. Weird, very weird!
I went shopping on a weekday am, so not many customers on the premises. I immediately felt observed by one of the sales assistants. I was a bit uncomfortable but decided to keep looking around. I saw a couple of hoodies and decided to try them on. The fitting rooms were available, and after waiting for someone to come, I just entered. All dressing rooms were closed. The same lady who was previously looking at me came and raised her voice to aggressively kick me out. There was no sign or rope indicating that the fitting room was closed. I asked her where I could try the clothes, and she said "at the front": the front fitting rooms were closed, so you have to ask her to open it for you. I just took the hoodies and decided to pay; I had already had enough of this rude lady's attitude for no reason. I asked the lady at the register if she could check for another size for one of the hoodies. A lovely lady (easily recognizable, is the only one that smiles and has some style at the store) said she'd check in the back, but she was stopped by the rude lady, who said, "There are none." I was livid. I asked the lady at the register, "Could you please still check"? The rude lady decided to go herself "I'll go" she said, fuming and making obvious how pissed she was at my "crazy request" of asking if they had more sizes in the back! She came back and, of course, there weren't any, no surprise here. I paid almost $100, so it was not a small purchase, and then I asked for the sales assistant name. THEN the cashier became rude too!!! "WHY DO YOU WANT HER NAME?". Apparently it is a secret, and the staff cannot disclose their names!!What a weird costume service!! I always thought that Tommy Hilfiger was a brand that cared for their customers, but not in this particular store. Obviously, they are also an "outlet" for the lack of respect, care and consideration they offer their clients! My advice: don't shop there, it is just not worth it. And if you do and want to experience genuine costumer service after the shock of being bullied, try going next door to Banana Republic. Their sales are 40% to 60% off, only 20% off at Tommy. And you won't be followed, harassed, bullied and yelled at, guaranteed. They will even bring your clothes to the changing rooms, which, by the way, ARE OPEN TO THEIR COSTUMERS.
Ps: The rude lady's name is TANIA. More like a Karen on steroids to me.
PS2: Tania Karen blew me a kiss when I left the store and made some "nice" comments about our interaction. Her rudeness is outstanding, but what can you expect if her "supervisor" encourages and promotes her to behave like that?

Yesterday, I went to get some gift t-shirts and I bought 8 but the cashier decided to just give me 5 bags, it's not because she doesn't have it but she tells me I can't give you more?!!!
Another thing that irritated me the most, there was a customer in the parallel checkout who had a problem, I don't know what, but the manager yelled at him in a horrible way and the poor man was very nice and couldn't answer him.
In summary we clearly see that the customers are not respected because of the manager who unfortunately I did not remember her name.

Unfriendly employees and the misleading labeling of prices. No toilet in store. Looks like very disappointing management.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff not to mention they are always late to open. They should’ve opened 15 minutes ago, and the doors are still locked.
