I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger store and had a very disappointing experience with one of the saleswomen and one more who was stamping her feet when I asked her about a discount and when I was trying to enter a trial room I heard a loud rude voice From the moment I walked in, she was visibly grumpy, unwelcoming, and seemed more interested in making faces than assisting customers. Every question I asked was met with attitude, eye-rolling, or curt, dismissive responses — as though helping me was a burden.
Customer service is a key part of any shopping experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. I expect better from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. I hope the management addresses this, as one rude employee can easily drive away loyal customers.

I came in on a Friday evening (May 30th ‘25) and I had the absolute rudest customer service experience at the register. Honestly so sad to have experienced this, it ruins my perception of the brand.

As of the brand, they have good prices and discounts. As of the team, they are rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. And it seems to be a common attitude among employees of this branch in particular. No one in this branch will smile to your face.

“Tommy Hilfiger in Laval is a great store conveniently located near the Autobahn with the bonus of free parking. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. You’ll find a wide variety of clothing options here, but prices can be on the higher side. For the best deals, I recommend shopping during their sale events—it’s worth the wait!”
