We bought a suit and pants on Tuesday very very good customer service! We requested an alteration which was accepted to pick it up Friday morning.
We arrived to collect it and the manager gave us the excuse that the designer has been ill since Wednesday and therefore has not been able to do it, I ask her why we were not informed, we would have come and had it done elsewhere, she replies to me that she does not do daily follow-up…..so I tell her you do not do any follow-up and will respond to
your 40 clients (she told me she had 40 alterations this week) that the designer is sick she told me yes!
This is the last time I'm going to this business!

The workers are of no use, do not help us choose a model to own and point at us with their fingers instead of showing us the models, I am going to buy elsewhere

Mathilda was the best assistant at this local Tristan of mine.
I only shop at Tristan and I will continue to do so, they have quality clothing, and I offer everyone to shop at Tristan.
Mathilda was the best. she knew my style, taste and even size. she knew how to make me spend my money and have me look stylish at the same time.

Today I received a nice service from a lady in this store , unfortunately I did not ask her name . But she was wearing red pants . She helped my to find a nice outfit for myself . Definitely will come back to this store again . ( I bought a crop jacket , sequin white top and navy pant ).
