Thief company!!! do not do business with this company. We reserved a closed trailer measuring 6 feet by 12 feet for 24 hours from Laval to Mont-Tremblant, online at a cost of $167 plus tax. The next day I decided to call to see if they were available at 8 a.m. instead of 10 a.m. and the agent confirmed that there was no problem with that. that we could pick him up and that he changed my reservation for me. When my husband checked the reservation to pick up the trailer, the reservation was now down to $359 plus tax for the exact same reservation, but simply changing the pickup to 8am in the morning. He immediately called customer service to complain who said they could no longer find the $167 reservation, and there was nothing they could do for us. My husband therefore persisted for hours with customer service on the phone and decided to go directly to the site in Laval. Arriving there he also said this with the person on site who ended up agreeing by the manager to give us a trailer with a discount and to give us the price close to what we had reserved. So we left with the trailer and continued to do what we had to do with it without suspecting that the return would become as chaotic as the outward journey!
We had requested a return to Mont-Tremblant, when we arrived at the location the owners told us that our return was not booked to return to Mont-Tremblant, and that unfortunately customer services frequently did this without advise customers that we had to call to find out where we were going to take the trailer. When the owners checked our reservation, we had to bring the trailer back to MIRABEL!! When we asked for it to be returned to Mont-Tremblant! We were in shock, and did not understand how this could have escaped the reservation as no one had told us about it! So we called customer service again for this with the tent rep who was very arrogant and very rude, and he wanted to charge us a $172 fee because we were now late for the return to Mirabel. The owners of the in Mont-Tremblant were kind and saw our distress and agreed to keep the trailer to take the return directly there. So we confronted customer service who withdrew only part of the fees which we still had to pay for an extra day at a cost of $34, plus tax…..
I would NEVER recommend this company!!!! and we will officially file a complaint with the consumer protection office, because their practices are dishonest and fraudulent! They will charge you fees, extras and additional fees, without even telling you!

To answer the question of monitoring the quality service and that their site does not work, as if by chance! Since I gave a bad rating...
Well, not lost for nothing, I'm throwing this out in public on Google maps, so maybe they'll make the effort to fix the problem lol
My response to the survey:
"The rental lasts only 2 hours out of the 4 hours minimum required to be reserved.
The mileage was 40 kilometers instead of 30 that I had estimated...
For the extra 10 kilometers I paid around 16 dollars more, the seller did not want to make any commercial gesture, even though I returned the truck 2 hours early...
He was neither friendly on site nor on the phone when I called beforehand to check the reservation.
The wait to collect the truck was too long even though I had completed the documents in advance and the truck was not even ready near the reception but at the other end of the huge parking lot behind from the store and those when the seller did not even tell me his location, unacceptable
I left 15 minutes late, i.e. 10:15 a.m. even though I had booked for 10 a.m. and I had to arrive at 9:45 a.m. and prepare everything in advance on the internet in terms of documents.
Deplorable experience! "
And also a little addition
The seller dares to ask when picking up the vehicle if I plan to return the vehicle earlier, but yes of course, pay for your 4 hours and bring it back before I can rent it for another 4 hours to have a nice big day that pays off, of course I would give a nice gift while they don't give any, great company policy!

I go to the branch to rent a truck and am told there are no trucks available without even checking their computer system. Two minutes later I go to their website and reserve the same truck I wanted, with any accessories, including from the same branch. At the time of collection, I notice that they have changed the schedule for my rental. I ask them why they changed the schedule. They tell me: “I don’t know.” It's probably someone who gamed the system.

Wow. I called them and had to wait on hold for 27 minutes, while the same message played 81 times ("You can pay with a personal cheque, in cash or with a credit card...") . Maddening.

Really disgusted!
The central calls me 18 hours before my move to tell me that they don't have a truck available, even though we reserved 2 weeks in advance..!!! I tell the employee that that doesn't make sense and she ends up hanging up on me..! Impossible for us to find a truck in such a short time, all the companies have already rented everything despite the fact that we are moving in September.. In short, no chance that I will give the slightest $ to this company.
