Yesterday I tried to place an online medication order as usual. However, a new protocol has recently existed and the site refers me to my emails, saying that they sent a link for the activation of my account. However, no email received, even after checking spam. Today, from work, I call the pharmacy after my dinner. I explain the situation and I am told that they will send me the famous email now. I take advantage of the call to place my medication order, saying that I will be at the Pharmacy around 4:30 p.m. When I arrive at the pharmacy, I go to the prescription counter to take the medication. The lady at the checkout speaks with a colleague (no hello, no smile or anything). She seems busy at the checkout with her colleague (there seem to be difficulties with the checkout). She doesn't say anything to me and doesn't even look at me. I wait almost 10 minutes in front of the cash register without anyone paying attention to my presence. The lady at the checkout ended up resolving the problem with her colleague who left immediately. Shortly after, the cashier skewered bills and left her position without saying anything to me (such a lack of respect). I told her Madam! She doesn't even turn around... I go to the side of the counter to ask a man if my prescription is ready. He asks the girls to watch. However, he found that my prescription was not prepared following my call this afternoon. They apologize and tell me they'll prepare it right away. After waiting, I get discouraged and decide to leave, handing an item I wanted to buy to the man behind the counter who tells me to wait. No, that's enough, I'm going to skip a dose tonight. I tell myself that I will place the order online at home with the requested email link during my lunch hour. I come home to find that I haven't even been sent the email link (or in spam or anything else) so that I can place my order online! What a lack of respect and professionalism. I am very disappointed with the service.

I was served by Isabelle at the cosmetics counter who gave me really good information and helped me choose a foundation that suited me. She was patient and very kind.

When I arrived in the cosmetics section, the attendant saw me looking at the Laroche-Posay section. She didn't come to me and ask if I needed anything. I'm going to see her at the counter to ask for a product. No hello, no smile. I ask if my article is available, she just answers me; uh no. Very bad experience.Tuesday December 19 at 5:30 p.m.

For the size of the pharmacy , the selection and availability of stock is poor, there are better options close by. Still a nice pharmacy if you are passing by.

This is a fabulous pharmacy. The staff super helpful and bend over backwards for their customers. The pharmacists are helpful, professional and friendly. It's really clean and well stocked. I would recommend it to everybody!!!

I have been dealing with this Pharmacy for nearly 20 years, they have excellent service, professional and courteous, it's nice when you walk into a business and they welcome you by name and recognize you on the phone. Good people great staff.Thanks Guys.

The old woman at the cash is very unprofessional and impolite. She will talk bad about you to another client while trying to return something without the 2 bills. Although, one of the bills presented was the payment one. To improve costumers service, you need to improve your employees.

Lorsque je suis devenu son client il avait été le seul pharmacien à accepter d’envoyer ses factures par fax de la pharmacie à mon assurance puisqu’à l’époque le client devait l’envoyer eux-mêmes alors que j’ai était incapable. Et récemment parce que j’avais 65 ans et qu’ils avaient oublié de faire les changements dans les temps requis à la Régie d’assurance maladie, j’ai perdu des remboursements de plus de 1000$.
