“I visited the ecodepot for the first time today, and not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but also received exceptional customer service from the only employee working, Andrew! He was helpful, informative, and working very hard as he was the only person on staff on a busy Saturday evening. The only concern I have is that there should definitely have been more staff members on the floor, because busy Andrew was running around like crazy accommodating all of the customers. Honestly, it seemed a bit unfair, because Andrew should have been receiving double his hourly wage for how much he was handling.”

“Very nice store with choice except for large sizes.I would love to encourage local boutiques but I can't find large sizes so I go to H&M and Uniqlo. Offer jeans larger than 32 and sizes XL or larger.The size badges on the hangers are very practical, it would be even better on second-hand items too.The no refund policy is a bit discouraging too.Otherwise, well done, you don't put the music too loud, it's nice.”

“It's one of the best goodwills for making donations and buying clothes and kitchen items.HOWEVER, There are so many badly behaved customers. There is the person who monopolizes the fitting rooms (after trying 6 items she returns to try 12 others. One of the men had an eye disability (renitis or eye problem). The customer did not want to give him the changing room. bigger (and therefore brighter). Like, well done to you the client, you just argued and made a scene with a disabled person just because you are full of yourself.I suggest putting a maximum of 6 items to prevent theft and prioritize access for the disabled. I don't know how the disabled and the store's sales workers manage not to throw KAREN out of the window of the head office (2nd floor)...The worst part is that workers can't even defend themselves or have a voice for themselves or customers who have good manners.
