This is a store that I have frequented and recommended for years. I must have at least 5 pairs of cannonballs that come from this place. However, I had a heartbreaking experience in terms of respect for the French language on the part of a saleswoman who greeted me with "HI". Saying that I had to raise my voice second request in order to extract a ''Hello'' from his disdainful air. Which seemed to please him as much as having a cold tooth removed. She did not fail to argue in order to prove herself right. So, no law 101 for the young lady. I made a promise to myself that I would only make my purchases with merchants who respect the official language in Quebec and, above all, who appreciate and respect the French-speaking nation by providing exemplary welcome and services. This was not the case.

I want to take a moment to appreciate this business. I had ordered boots online, and unfortunately there was an issue with the item. I contacted them via email/FB Messenger, and they were very responsive! They took great care of me, and were very professional in their communication and handling of the matter.Thank you for being a customer-centric business, and taking care of your customers! I will continue to support this company for future shoe/boots purchases. Wish them only but the best - thank you again - I hope more businesses can model after you.

Le service du propriétaire Bruno est la description même de ce qu’est un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Souriant, passionné, à l’écoute des goûts et des besoins! J’ai rarement eu un si bon service dans un commerce. Les prix sont très bons et il y a énormément de choix de chapeaux, bottes, vêtements, etc. Très belle boutique western, je recommande.
