Definitely try to go during the weekday as it is always busy…There is always a long line to purchase items and half of the self checkout cashiers are always off. They barely put anyone on cashiers and have everyone line up for self checkout. At least make sure all of them are working, so lines are reduced….

The door greeter here stopped me and demanded I show him my receipt after I paid for my items and was walking out the store. I politely refused and he follows me and extends his arm to block me from continuing.I told him I not legally obligated to show him anything and he tries to tell me its the store policy. I said I don't see this policy anywhere and he tells me its in the managers office ?So I give him my receipt and continued to walk out. He then blocks my arm and says why am I nervous? Why would I be nervous if i just gave him the receipt to keep. Unbelievable. Treats customers like criminals even after handing him the receipt.

August 20th, 2023, I got robbed from one of the tellers, putting an extra $3.29 on my bill. When I got home, that's when I checked my receipt. Be careful, people. The tellers are rubbing us blindly..

Worst pick up expérience. First time I did an order for pick up. The app told me to check-in, I did. Then it told me to go to park at the pick-up parking. As it was my first time I didn't know where that was. 0 signs for "cueillette" from the side of the Blvd Chomedey entrance.I go inside, ask the girl at self checkout and she tells me "it's there it's there"...I'm sorry but it's there it's there means nothing. I told her no, I want to know where I can go from inside to find out. She tells me to go all the way at the other end and find out if its there or if it's at the customer service which is right infront of us. I say ok I'll ask customer service first. She replies, no no no they won't know go to the end and ask. I tell her no that's ok I'll ask them first. Don't tell me no no no just let me go ask.I ask the girl at customer service, the only one that was help, she told me right away no it's never here, she told me exactly where pick up is, between Walmart and Leon's!We park, I check-in, I give them the parking #, and he comes to verify my name, brings out my order, 0 bags!I have ordered my groceries from Walmart for delivery and they bring them in bags to make it easier for the delivery person I'm sure. And yes for delivery you pay a fee but if you dont provide bags at least let me know during my online order without me having to search for it!

Make about 6-7 orders Online out of obligation. Not one has ever been correct. The option to select replacement items if your items aren't there but they replace with random items anyway.0% fat no sugar yoghurt replaced with full fat full sugar - specific dental floss roll and requested replacements ignored and given dental sticks - etc. - Not to mention being on hold for Actually 35 minutes and then having it hang up no being able to contact a soul.Even had a standing fan for about 150$ for the house ordered for delivery that never arrived and was told "nothing they could do about it".Order online as a last resort

Very big store! Large aisles. Well stocked and clean. A lot of staff working on the floor. Very friendly and enthusiastic workers as well, particularly at check out! Pleasant experience. Large parking lot as well. So much better than other Walmarts I’ve been to which are disorganized, have empty shelves, are understaffed, etc. Keep up the good work!! Management is obviously doing something really well here.

cannot express enough the utter disappointment and disgust I experienced after purchasing pizza bread from Walmart Laval. What an absolute shame! As i was going to open the pizza bread and guess what? The bread was MOLDY!!!How on earth does Walmart justify selling such blatantly spoiled items? It's beyond comprehension. This incident has left me questioning the quality control and hygiene standards maintained by this store. I strongly urge everyone to avoid Walmart Laval!

Harrassing staff. Asian lady at the self serve cash was harrassing my pregnant wife because she didn’t lift the heavy stuff that was in her cart to put them on the side as for them to know « she scanned them ». My wife felt so much disrespect from her that same lady was even rolling her eyes… she was standing so close to my wife the whole time as if she taught she was going to steal something. Horrible to do this, get your staff in check!!! Will be making a complain to the head office as well

They mixed up 2 of my online orders and although I was told by a manager that he would be personally taking care of it, and was told by the same manager that the order was on its way, this issue is still not resolved. It's been going on since May 26th. I just want my curtain rods!

Overall great store,however it is frustrating how they do not answer their phone. After receiving notification that my pictures has arrived, I was told to call prior to pick up. I tried, all day and any times because I do not want to show up for nothing... no one picks up. It is quite frustrating.

This Walmart store is close to my house and I consider it my community store and that's the only reason I am giving a 3 star. However there's lots to improve. Apart from the organization of the store: often the products are out of stock on the shelves or the clothes section is a mess or some spills left unattended; we unfortunately need to deal with the rudeness of some employees! Yesterday morning at around 8: 30, was trying to do some shopping and on the self service counter when the machine bugs. In my section I didn’t find anyone to help; so I walked to the next one and kindly asked for help. The lady was not happy and replied to me that's not her problem! She does not work for the other section! I couldn't believe my ears...she however came by mumbling . What a customer service experience I had in the early morning!

Good luck finding a shopping Cart on SaturdayHere's some notes to improve on:Get some extra shopping carts...we have to go outside and wait to find a cart. Grocery bags to put fruits in, rip easily. Waiting 45 min to do a return, and line ups no extra cashiers
