Horrible! I love Zara and order regularly … I’m a loyal customer but I have to admit the staff at the Laval store is very snob and when you need their help they make you feel like you bother them and seem annoyed …. That’s why I order online… however lately that too seems problematic as when I select it to be shipped to the store … my package is being sent to the store then no confirmation received to go pick it up at store…after two orders and two weeks of waiting each time for the confirmation email I cancelled my orders…
I don’t leave reviews normally but doing it so that it reaches whoever it needs to to resolve the issue!

Why at Zara do I always have the impression that there are too many employees on the floor but that the service is crap? ALWAYS one cashier for returns for every 50 people waiting in line. It’s like this every time I visit Zara carrefour laval

I placed an order online and had to make a big return at the counter. Excellent return service with Malika. She assisted me with another size with recovery service. This was very quick. There was an error with the return (you have to be careful) and Andrew, the friendly manager, patiently sorted everything out. Good service in general considering the volume in this store! The staff could still be a little more cheerful and warm.

Today I had the worst experience trying to make a comeback. The cashier, rude, spoke to me with a haughty air without even looking me in the eyes. Then she called the supervisor supposedly to resolve the problem, but I found her even worse than the cashier: very rude, bold, and without any respect towards the customer. She looked at me with an insulting look and spoke to me in an aggressive tone, all that was missing was that she would insult me. I don't understand how she got this job. The least this supervisor can do is fire her, it will be a big gain for Zara. Such staff representing Zara is a disgrace. I have never had such disastrous and disrespectful service. Anyway, I left the sandals on the counter, and the items I had already purchased from Zara are already in the trash. I will never set foot in Zara again. Furthermore, I will inform everyone I know of this baseness. Shame on you
