“I was driving when suddenly I felt a vibration in my steering wheel accompanied by a clicking noise. I immediately pull over to the side of the 40 and notice that some nuts are loose on my wheels. I squeeze as well as I can with the bar on the edge of the 40, but let's face it, I'm not strong enough to ensure my own safety later on on the road. I repeat the operation 3 more times, stopping each time on the 40 to tighten the wheels. I realize that it is impossible for me to get to my destination this way (there are only 2.5 hours left to go!). I then look at the nearest garage: Laforge alignment. I go there and despite a busy schedule, it passes me by. He lifts my car, makes sure my wheels are tight, and also checks the pressure in my tires. I was allowed my cat into reception (which was in a cage). He then tells me after the checks on the car that he is offering me this time, courtesy of the garage. I was able to leave SAFELY for the 2.5 hours of driving that remained, and this is invaluable :). I just couldn't believe it. I received IMPECCABLE service. Kind, courteous, attentive, this garage takes the time to listen to you and give you good service. If I were local, I would make this my garage of choice, unfortunately I live too far away to go back.
