Luc is a competent auto mechanic expert but undoubtedly an IRASCIBLE boy. Always on edge, his impulsiveness pushes him to adopt often irrational behavior, as many have noticed. I have been his client for three years and always satisfied with the work requested.However, due to a misunderstanding which I will not mention to avoid further damaging his reputation, he asked me not to come back to his garage. It's unfortunate because I generally like to value the know-how of professionals, but I gladly acceded to his request because his interpersonal skills are more than deplorable.To sum up, we couldn't do worse.Montreal has many other competent mechanics, so preferring to interact with people with whom exchange is possible and calm, I happily pass my turn. To the wise....

Worst service ever. Can't believe that one. Guy like that is still in business. Aggressive and yells at customers. He refused to resume his poorly done job and pushed my truck with his towing machine into the street. A mentally ill person.Response to owner. : it’s not from yesterday Luc. You used to have a 6 wheeler with a bumper and you pushed me down the street with it. If you don't remember, I do. White Toyota Tacoma. Front wheel bearing. I passed your garage today and to my great surprise you are still in business. I went to read your opinions and I can see that I am not the only one with whom you have acted like this.

The owner is really unpleasant, during my visit I asked about his availability, and out of nowhere he started to scream that he has no time for new clients. Maybe he is stressed out, alone, with no help, but it doesn't make sense to treat people so aggressively. I left thinking I do not know how this business continues... I read some other reviews, too, and it's really something, I am not the only one. Not so sure it can be positive!

This guy is bipolar was ready to bring him my car to repair , I walk in he says to me HEY I am close for 12 to 1 for lunch , then let's me ask my question , he says no problem bring your car next week , but the next question was to much as when I ask him about my other land rover he anser get OUT of here and forget your opponent for your truck !!! I SAID I WAS CLOSED NOW DONT COME BACK !!!!He has rich kid SyndromeAlso Smoking is permitted on

Very aggressive customer service, I tried to reach them by phone and they responded by shouting at me and swearing at me like he wasn't answering the hidden number and that I was tiring “in screaming”… without even let me speak, they hung up on me...(even if I had called a week earlier and they had still answered me with bad service but at least they had answered me...) I called back for confirmation of meeting but being yelled at and cursed afterwards just because I called from a private number really doesn't make me feel safe with this place… I'm going to pass on it.. loss of a good customer by phone…. Really pitiful way of answering the phone as a company...
