Very disappointed with the service received. I had done business once before and had excellent service. But this time, more than disappointed.The technician decides for himself to change something that is already working well (the reason for his visit was the other device next to it, he says that: "as long as one has changed, we will change both") so that finally everything starts to leak, he doesn't have the parts he needs with him, nor the right tools, has to go get them from his shop, comes back, loses what he went to get and looks for the part one quite a while. All INVOICED so a job that should have taken 30 minutes cost me 3.5 hours of time...When talking to the boss I get the answer: yes...well that's what repairs are, sometimes it goes well, other times not.
