Citizen of Levis, the gentlemen of the mechanical institution are absolutely wonderful. The replacement receptionist is from the good old days. , I arrived at closing time, Mr. Gilbert came back to me, he was already in the parking lot to go home after his long day. He retraced his steps to go back inside with me to get my information for my inspection the next day. He didn't have to come back to help me. Most would have said we're closed come back tomorrow but not him. I take my hat off to this generation of men of honor, unfortunately they are not systematically replaced by new generations. What a great misfortune for our great Quebec. The gentleman doing the inspection is of the same generation and also wonderful. Two rare pearls in danger of disappearing since the mold which made them has been altered to the great dismay of the posterity of Quebec.

Wait a good 45 minutes to FINALLY see the person who takes care of the tinted windows. The gentleman does my test, then we go in to do the compliance papers. The secretary informs me that my truck is too heavy for them to do the test. So I have to go to their other branch in St-Romuald. I took the trouble to call yesterday to find out if it was indeed Lévis who was doing the tests for my vehicle: yes sir, we do that. No one saw fit to tell me during my 45 minute wait that they didn't make pickups of my size, even the gentleman who did the test had no idea. He kept telling me: Your tires are not legal, they are not EXACTLY the size indicated in the door. Congratulations but I'm not coming for that at all. Honestly the worst service I have received from a garage. And to say that you are agents for the SAAQ.....

Bought my first Volvo D13 2011 from Rejean Pare located in the same building, needed the vehicle quickly so I regrettably was not very picky, payed 50k for it, with blackbook value of 32k presumed excellent maintenance.....truck has had nothing but problems, returned 6 or 7 times for repairs, repairs were 'done' as cheaply as possible, afterwards and since it has cost me15k+ in repairs so far, it was my mistake I'll concede, I should have cancelled the purchase but I was in a rush and am paying for it, my advice to anyone buying from Rejean Pare is be VERY weary.

Saaq representative.... charges a price for an inspection and only does a visual inspection, finds a certain problem that cannot be justified, we will have the car checked by the original manufacturer, they mention that the vehicle is 100% compliant . We talk to the “mechanic” at Sterling and he dares to tell us; I don't know the recent cars.....gang of incompetent people!! Never again there. Go elsewhere for your SAAQ inspections!
