We are so disappointed since the change of the in-store team! The advice is not relevant, the employees really don't know much (I asked the difference between two strollers unable to get an answer! The person knew nothing about the products! It was me who informed him how use it!) ... And when we are there either we are made to feel like we are bothering you or there is no politeness at the checkout!!

I love shopping there so much for my kids! The merchandise is varied and the prices make good sense. A loyal customer since 2018 and who buys a lot there, I would like to say that I have always received excellent service from the employees, whether by telephone or on site. In short, I recommend!

Went to look for clothes for my granddaughter..being disabled, I had difficulty looking at the sizes for clothes placed high up in a rack...having asked a person, I felt like they were disturbing me, looking up air after sigh and whispering on the sly to another employee... phew, put down the linen that I wanted to buy... great respect on the part of this employee!! Don't ask for help and even less so if you can't reach the clothes at a height...you're disturbing!! too bad beautiful laundry!!
