An incredible customer experience that I had yesterday. The quality of service from Martin and Genevieve was impressive. It was 5:45 p.m., the door half closed, because the store closed at 5:30 p.m., I asked if I could get a outfit for a last minute occasion while the store was closed. Without any hesitation, someone came to open the door for me and 15 minutes later, a beautiful outfit was purchased.
This is the difference between customer service and customer experience.

Bought a winter coat at the end of December last year and already in the trash, Velcro on the sleeves no longer closes, snap button broken, tie to tighten the waist broken..It will not have lasted even 6 months of winter but for the store, it is 6 months from the date of purchase so no guarantee and not even an offer to see if it is possible to repair.Clearly, don't buy your coat during winter otherwise there is no guarantee if it breaks the next winter (even if it's the beginning!), 6 months is 6 months! :)This was definitely my last purchase from them.
