I am extremely disappointed in your service and the way you vet your customers. While the employee takes care of customers who have problems with the express checkouts, which happens very often, we have to wait inside for your employee to activate the barrier. RIDICULOUS and as long as this service is in operation, I will travel to go shopping in St-Romuald. Hoping that you will do what is necessary to correct the situation.
