Store always clean, nothing missing on the displays, helpful and competent staff... The only downside for me is the lack of food and accessories for the birds but otherwise, they deserve 5 stars.

We refused a deferred voucher that another branch gave me since they were out of stock. It seems that the manager of the other branch did not have the right to give me a deferred voucher even though the discounted item had been sold out for 2 days.
