I wanted to buy the johnnie walker box set and I saw on the site that there was only one left in this branchI live in Charlesbourg, before taking the road to Levis I called and no one answered to make sure that the box was still available as only one was still available on the site.When I arrived I asked if there was still this box and they told me that someone had already reserved it.I made the trip for nothing despite the fact that on their site there is no bottle reservation to pick it up. very disappointed

I came from out of town and I was calling to check if they had a certain liquor in stock and I let them know I didn’t speak French and the customer service rep that answered the phone said “I need to know how to speak French” and hung up the phone on me. I’m very disappointed at the rude behaviour. Definitely would not recommend.
