My last visit was so but so disappointing. The displays were disgusting. No customer service. I asked twice for something and all I was told was no, sorry. No replacement offer, no service. I left all my articles on a tablet and I sealed my camp. I will never go to this place again. Empty tablet from empty house and no service. Then we wonder why we shop online

I love this Sephora!! Mina (I hope I’m saying her name correctly from memory) is the best!!! She helped me choose a perfume and gave me very good advice on several things. She is so attentive, delicate and so hot. I love it!

Yes the store is beautiful but what can I say about the service.... çThey offer beautiful services a few times that I go there and even twice in the last 2-3 weeks, being completely ignored by several employees. There were several of them there, including 3 taking care of the same customer who was looking for a specific shade of lipstick. I had time to go around several times and never once was I asked if I needed help. Finally found the serum & mascara I was looking for.
At least the cashier who made me pay was smiling!
They offer nice products but I won't go back. I will prioritize purchasing online directly from the supplier. Less expensive and delivered directly to my home.

A big thank you to Lily-Rose who offered me a signature service that met my expectations.She managed to find a perfume that I had wanted for a long time and it was out of stock.The perfume hadn't been unpacked from the boxes yet, and she had the patience to look everywhere for it and find it. We'll say it, she is tenacious in her research. A very big thank you, I left the store very happy after spending several hundred dollars.Signature service!I live on the north shore, and I will come to St-Romuald for my future purchases at Sephora.Thank you Lily-Rose!
