We were halfway through our vacation when the trailer's suspension let us go in the middle of the highway at the end of the day. I urgently contacted the parts department at the Center VR St Nicolas and Gilles made a small hole in their busy schedule and saw the mechanic (the next day) about repairing it. We had come to terms with the idea of returning home and picking up our trailer a few days later.
The next day, Alexe and Gilles increased their efforts to finally deliver our trailer to us the same day so that we could continue our vacation.
Thank you Alexe and Gilles for your excellent service, your professionalism and kindness.
Thanks also to the entire team who worked hard on the problem.
We recommend this place without any hesitation.

Impeccable and fast service. We are from the south shore of Mtl. While passing through Quebec for a weekend in Bas St-Laurent, we stopped in the hope of solving a small USB socket problem. Alexe found us a technician (Daniel) quickly and everything was taken care of in the blink of an eye without a scheduled appointment.

Ms. Alexandra who lectured me because I had a quote made for my awning insurance in addition to the fact that she took the initiative to order it without my agreement and that because I had a quote made I I have to have it done because they worked to make a submission excuse me but in the construction when we make a submission is what we take the 3 well let's see quite arrogant

I went this morning to buy an RV I came back and the courtesy of the lady called a salesman I stayed 15 minutes inside the salesman did not come there were two people who came behind me, and we spoke with the lady at the courtesy and it took two minutes for the salesman to come to see the customers. I have never seen a salesman. I left

From all VR centers in the national capital
Only Natasha from the Saint Nicolas RV center parts called me back and found a rare part to repair my RV, surprisingly quickly.
I never usually leave comments on my purchases but hats off!!

Unfortunately, it was 3 years later that I realized that I was deceived by the former administration. I wish they were no longer in the field I know the administration has changed since then and it's better that way I hope the professionalism too!!!
