Around 10:00 a.m. on Sunday November 24, 2024 I go to Walmart to buy and look at Christmas gift possibilities, I arrive with my 6 year old boy I notice that the baskets are wet and even that there was snow on them so I said my boy waits before boarding the basket is wet. So the employee who has a yellow jacket tells me yes they are wet so you have to do it with good at the same time answering him is that you with what to wipe I am waiting for him to whisper innocently. If he doesn't like his job or he didn't feel like coming home today but it's not the customers' fault and it seems to me that you can wipe the basket where people put their hands or their children. I didn't respond, I acted as if I hadn't expected it, I hope Walmart will see this message and the person will recognize themselves in it.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans on September 16 and the order was supposed to arrive on September 21 but it is October 7 and still not received and no one is able to tell me where my order is. I try to call customer service at the Walmart at Galeries Chagnon but no one answers. Horrible service, this is the first time I have been stuck with such terrible service.

Hello, do you find it normal to sell this to your customers? This type of item is no longer for sale, ladies and gentlemen, because at this stage, given the losses, it is theft. The worst part is that it was the least worst package of the lot. I will never buy my fruits/vegetables from you again because it is not the first time and many times it is no longer acceptable! (Bought in the morning for dinner).

I take an hour to choose photos at the Kodak "kiosks" and when I click on print it doesn't work. I go to an employee and he seems discouraged that I chose this machine (which leads me to believe that the employees knew it was broken, but did nothing). The employee tells me that he doesn't know how the machine works and that no one does. I leave him my phone number so he can call me in the evening or the next day to tell me if the machine finally worked. He never calls me. Horrible waste of time!

Yesterday on the 11th I went to Walmart (Galerie Chagnon) and I had great service from Mr. Gilles, not having found anything on the shelves, he went to get me the pots I wanted from the warehouse. He really has customer service kindness and a smile.

Doubly disappointing experience at this Walmart. I've been there twice and it doesn't make me want to go back. Long, endless line at the self-service checkouts, even though there were plenty of closed checkouts. The employees are on their cell phones in front of all the customers instead of opening other registers. There is certainly a lack of efficiency.

I often look for specific items I go to the quantity that the store also has and that it would be eligible to have returned on site several employees never know what item I'm talking about or that they don't have any if it's not on the Tablets don't have them, when the Walmart site specifies that there are some in stock. We stayed at this Walmart many times before in previous years. We would come, grab some stuff before it closed, and would sleep in our RV trailer for the night. We arrived later than usual and after closing time, only to find out they have prohibited overnight parking and camping (towing at owner’s expense). We had to resort to driving longer to find a truck stop. Will not be visiting again

The employees go to the toilet for the disabled, it can take 20 to 25 minutes to get out, they're snooping on their cell phones
