Date of the Visit: July 31, 4 p.m.I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the complete lack of compassion and assistance my mother received at Walmart when she needed help the most. My trust in this store, where I once worked, was shattered by the heartless treatment it received from managers and the customer service team. On July 31, around 4:00 p.m., my mother, an employee of another Walmart store, found herself in a difficult situation after being involved in a car accident earlier that day. Luckily, she made it out without major injuries, but her car was completely destroyed. To make matters worse, her phone was destroyed in the crash, leaving her with no way to contact us. With no other options, my mother took refuge at the Walmart store where I once worked, hoping that her status as a fellow employee might allow her to get help in contacting me. She walked up to the customer service counter, normally a place associated with help and support, only to be greeted with shocking neglect and indifference. Despite her status as an employee of another Walmart and a customer in need, the customer service staff heartlessly refused her simple request to contact me. Their excuse? They couldn't verify his relationship with me. It is hard to understand why a company with a sophisticated database system, which certainly contains comprehensive employee information, cannot reach out to a colleague in need. The actions of the managers and the customer service team are inexcusable. In a store that claims to put its customers and employees first, my mother's pleas were ignored without hesitation. She was left to fend for herself in her plight, a shocking abandonment that raises serious questions about the values and ethics of this particular Walmart store. By serendipity, a sympathetic employee in the electronics department showed up and lent my mother his phone, finally allowing her to contact me. It's incredibly ironic that a colleague showed more empathy and kindness than those specifically responsible for providing customer service and running the store. The attached images clearly illustrate the extent of the damage to my mother's car in the accident. The risk of serious injury or worse was very real, yet Walmart management failed to recognize the urgency of the situation. It's amazing that a company of this stature, which claims to be dedicated to community and customer satisfaction, can so coldly ignore someone in such dire need. In conclusion, my experience at Walmart on July 31 was nothing short of a devastating disappointment. The complete lack of compassion and crisis assistance for my mother is a stark reminder of this store's misplaced priorities. I call on Walmart to seriously reconsider its commitment to employees and customers, and to cultivate an atmosphere of genuine care and support. Until such changes, I can only advise others to approach this particular Walmart store with caution, especially if they anticipate needing any help or empathy.

Incompetent walmart mobile service, sell you packages with the mobile at 10 dollars a month and finally, you pay 45 per month for the phone, we go back to see the manager of the mobile service, he is not able to find the problem, and don't even call us back.He doesn't even deserve his job, he is incompetent and has no respect for the client, we stayed with our problem, to finally have a balance of 900 dollars for an s21 fe.Thank you for taking competent people.

One of the worst walmarts I've seen. Very poorly maintained. There is a lot of merchandise missing compared to the others. Some clerks hasten to say: "We don't have", even before having checked, if they have the requested item. They don't give you the pricing policy when they make a labeling mistake. The manager is arrogant and accusatory, looks down on us and takes us for less than nothing. Disappointing!

You can find (almost) everything there at very reasonable prices.Special mention for the gentleman at the entrance who distributes the carts in the evening: he is really very friendly. ?

The delivery service: Waiting for more than 6 hours because there are no carriers in the end the order ends up canceled so I have to reorder it after having wasted my day. Why offer schedules that they are not sure to cover?

An employee (a lady...) worked in the men's clothing section. She was very rude to customers. We were close to the shelves with folded sweaters. She comes to see us very stupid saying: what size??? everyone undoes my work all the time. That's not all. She complains about the situation to other customers who also come to see the sweaters. Then she even said to a gentleman: have you finished undoing all the sweaters? She said several other nasty comments about her to other customers. It's really unprofessional. She even said a totally racist comment (concerning the same gentleman) saying this: they don't know how to live! Eventually she complained again saying she couldn't wait to go on vacation. I rather believe that she should have retired.

On our road trip to the east we visited this Walmart Super-centre which had all what we need to continue our trip. An amazing lady from Walmart team spoke to my little daughter and brought the smile to her. Thank you Walmart for alway been there for us where ever we go
