I've been a satisfied UPS customer for years, using their logistics and mail drop-off services.
I want today to award this UPS store 132 a five-star rating solely because of the exceptional service provided by Jason Liverman, a courteous and efficient employee/franchise owner. Because I was unhappy with my previous UPS Store, I contacted him a few years back.
Immediately, I saw in him his leadership abilities. His hand shake was firm and smile was in sync. He spoke with confident and clarity. Meeting him left me completely impressed; I'd hire him instantly if I were hiring. Employees like Jason are why you guys have huge dividends at the end of the year. Let’s recognize Jason in the way is befitting for keeping UPS Brand glowing!
My first visit to his store saw Jason appear from the back, greeting me with a warm, professional smile. He reminded me of my younger self when I first entered the Corporate World.
You may have a fantastic product/service, but if your customer service is unhelpful, unreliable, or just plain hard to get in touch with, folks will hear about it, and you’ll lose customers over it.
Customer service investment is the reason for Jason’s business success.
Chances are, you say the words “thank you” at least a few times a day. If you work in customer service or support, you probably offer thanks during every interaction — even if it’s just because someone handed you their credit card or gave you their account number.
The phrase “thank you” is more than just a courtesy. It’s an acknowledgment that, even when you’re helping customers, they’re helping you by supporting your business. Without customers, you have no business.
Jason understands this simple fact: every interaction and every business decision revolves around the customer for him.
