Overall the place is relativity clean, but there's a lot a clothes without having a lot if you know what I mean. I just wish there would be more variety for such a huge store

I went to this place often, everything went really well. There was a large selection of shoes and the employees were always friendly and provided good service. All that is unfortunately over... The employees busy chatting looked down on me, no hello or welcome in the store and the choice of shoes is drastically reduced. I am very disappointed with this change.

It is no longer an Ardene clearance store. Everything has increased. If I paid more, I'm going to go to the one near me with the fashion of the day.

Very poor customer service. When we were about to purchase our clothes. I only saw one staff working by with a costumer and the others ( there were four of them, one was on her phone literally ignoring us and another one was also ignoring us while looking at her computer she has blonde hair ). Also, usually staff members are supposed to show their name on their shirt but that was not the case because the tried to hide it so we couldn’t identify them. I’ve been purchasing there for a solid 7 years and honestly this is my first ever time reporting something so unprofessional.
