I came because I lost my wallet in order to get my debit card in person. The lady who was there told me to call on the phone when she could have given me the debit card in person.I noticed that she did not want to work because she was alone in this bank.While regarding my other lost debit cards for other banks i went in person and they gave me my debit cards in person. But she was too much to ask.

HiI go at this branch often , excellent service .I have few corporate accounts with Scotiabank, 3 weeks ago my scotia phone app needed to be rebooted because I had to change phone , my small businessAccount manager Marc found me someone to help me in a few minutes .My apps where rebooted and working with my new phone .Excellent service I must say !!!I also like there ATM because you can choose your denomination, it's very practical for me .CheersMike

I went in on Valentine's day and the staff were giving out chocolate and seemed very friendly. Nice vibes and good service with the tellers. I've rarely seen a branch with that many tellers.

Not for nothing that they have 1.8 stars onlyWorst bank in the whole Montreal south shore areaThey are not able to help you with a simple cash back limit modification and then they want you to take a rendez vous but they have missed the appointment several times it’s very frustrating to deal with things like this I’m looking seriously about closing the account and bringing my business to another bank because they don’t care at all about your satisfaction

Hi. I had an appointment with them, was there 10 minutes before... waited...waited...it was 10-15 minutes after my hour. Nothing! They just forgot about me. Even with appointment made in advance. I just close all affairs with them. Do not recommend!

Worst service ever spent 1 hour in the bank to do something super simple. I tell the customer rep this is way too long and she looks at me like I am at fault of the delay when in fact she wasnt sure of what she was doing and needed to get help every step of the way of the process. Then the worst they forgot to enable something on my account so have to go back to the branch.....

sent emails with no response back. Decided to call to speak to someone regarding our commercial account only to have to wait over 1 hour. unbelievable and unacceptable.
