Very very very bad experience with this jewelry scammer to absolutely avoid he adds fees after having done the work and their poor quality jewelry please never leave a deposit either!!

Terrible service. I am having pearl jewelry repaired. He misses the measurements the first time... I have to return a second one. So that the pearls that were removed are lost.. Afterwards I call back and the lady tells me that it doesn’t matter because the pearls “are worthless”. This bracelet belonged to my grandmother. Place to avoid.

I went to the jewelry store today politely and respectfully to advise the gentleman that I was not going to take the ring that I had put aside.. more than 4 months ago I gave $15 of the jewelry that he melted it and then put the money in the bag. The gentleman started to be arrogant with me because I misunderstood what he had explained to me about the jewelry that I had left on deposit. He started being vulgar and telling me that he didn't care what I thought and that he wasn't going to give me anything. I told the gentleman that I didn't understand why he spoke to me like that, that I have been a customer for 10 years and that I was insulted by this way of speaking to one of his customers. He made me understand that he didn't care how he acted and that he wasn't going to reimburse me when I was just trying to understand what he was explaining to me so I got angry and he called the police, making me look like a crazy person who wanted to destroy the store. The police came and asked me to look at the camera to see that he was wrong and suddenly the cameras no longer worked. We could have seen the arrogant, vulgar and even aggressive gentleman. The police let me go and he tried to blame the police who told him that he was exaggerating a little about the situation. This is the last time I set foot in this jewelry store which lacks real love anyway. I am insulted to see how an owner can treat a customer like a stranger after 10 years already.

I was trying to help local businesses but I admit I was wrong.
Took 2 days to change a battery on this fossil watch. The lady opened it and wasn't able to close it at the beginning!! She told next day the owner will be here and will close it, and at the end they are giving it to with that huge scratch on the back, and they don't even wanna admit that it's their fault, then the owner is saying your watch doesn't worth 2$
Great attitude, and just to your knowledge, sometimes some items has other values above the money.

Dishonest !!!!!! I brought 3 wedding rings to enlarge. He enlarged without adding gold, so he thinned the rushes. In addition, he charged me with a repair on the diamond bed without consulting me. Two weeks later one of the reeds, weakened, split. So another repair to pay.A year later while traveling I had to have my diamond ring repaired. I never wear them to work. Total 6 claws which had not been redone but which had been charged on my Mitsou invoice.Lucie who will never go back!!!
