“First time using Lebeau's service, have to definitely give them a thumb up, my windshield got chipped while driving on Champlain bridge on Tuesday morning, called them up, spoke with Alex who very patiently explained to me the process and procedure, gave me the earliest appointment on Wednesday morning, the car was in the out within an hour, chip got repaired in the best way possible. Extremely friendly service when talking to Alex again during my visit, got to learn a little bit of the technology they use for the repair as well, very informative. “I went in for an SAAQ inspection for my Q3 2025/12/16 o
and want to specifically shout out Joe, who was exceptional and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. My initial inspection failed due to issues that were honestly on me — I hadn’t done a minimum check of my brakes and tires beforehand. Despite that, the team still helped where they could and explained everything clearly without pressure or attitude.
When I returned for the secondary inspection, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Any additional costs were my responsibility, not theirs, and I respect the honesty and professionalism they showed the entire time. Fair service, good communication, and respectful treatment — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for SAAQ inspections.
