Since 2016 I have lived nearby. I go to this convenience store every day, I mean every day for 8 years. I buy cigarettes, milk, gasoline breads. Sometimes alone, sometimes with one or two of my children since 2016. I just checked my bank account and it's at least $400 per month that I spend in this convenience store. Today I enter with my son like hundreds of times before. He will be 18 in 4 months. But this time, the employee that I saw many times and who sold me my cigarettes many times asked for my son's identification documents. I didn't buy my cigarettes this evening at Couche-Tard. I have been elsewhere but not in a Couche-Tard. You did it to me last summer in Beauce. Now it's over. My thousands of dollars per year invested with you will be under another banner.

It's a very good convenience store, clean and your shelves are always full but your employees are really not professionalI went a few days ago, an employee named Eli was unpleasant. Cold contact, unpleasant attitude, he shouted at me several times and threw my product on the counter, no respect for customers, It's not the first timeChange employees or change with employees who have good customer contact.

S'il y a avait des étoiles dans le négatif je donnerais - 10. Ils n'ont jamais les cigarettes qu'on demande. La fille s'est trompée hier matin . J'y retourne. Et fait mine de pas s'en rappeler. Résultat. Des cigarettes plus chère et elle ne mees pas échanger. Je n'y retournerai plus. Ça fait déjà quelques milles que ce couche-tard perd avec moi.

Should be 24/7, often closed at night. Shelves and refrigerators empty most of the time. Very bad for the late night banner.
