Pas satisfaite du tout du service de cette compagnie. Faites attention si vous faites affaire avec eux. Tres difficile a rejoindre longue file d'attente au telephone 115ė pour les problemes techniques. Disais ne pas avoir recu mon retour mais quand jai dit javais demander signature a la livraison oups y ont trouver!!! Tres compliquer cette compagnie!!

I'm still waiting to receive my router 10 days later...the customer service is terrible. Their level of French is quite limited. Even if I speak with a "level 2" they don't care about my problem. I will cancel my contract with them

My apologies to the customer service employees with whom I have been impatient more than once. These front-line resources are doing their best to respond to “high call volume,” but the internet service they have to defend is simply indefensible. Each of these people did their best, I recognize that and I was grateful to them each time. That said, in three months of regular communication with technical support, the big solution I was given was to unplug and reconnect my modem... ?♀️ Even the technician I was sent passed an hour looking for threads that he never seems to have found! I don't underestimate their competence, I blame the company that employs them!It wasn't until I asked them to refund me and cancel my internet plan that I was finally transferred to a service person 2. And that's when I was told that it's the DSL connection that is obsolete. Couldn't someone have told me this three months ago? An agreement with the customer retention department was made to try to save the furniture, but even making an appointment for the installation required a good 30 minutes of calls and reminders. I still have hope that this Fiber installation will go more smoothly than the experiences described in the other comments.

Update - 1 more starLevel 2 customer service sorted everything out quickly and professionally.Ideally the same service should have been provided by level 1 but oh well.The internet service is great and well priced, where it falls short is the customer service.Terribly long waiting times, complicated speed boost procedures.

Bad experiencebad customer service the waiting time to reach someone too long 1 hour to 2 hours or they call you back the next day I am very disappointed and very happy to cancel the service with them and I am waiting for my refund now 7 weeks and I haven't received anything yet, my check really rubbish

Fast, reliable flow at a reasonable cost. However, for some time now, the telephone service has been rotten, an endless waiting list, the technician seems incapable of finding the solution quickly, frequent pauses.

HORRIBLEThe prices are good but not worth it! Only good thing is the price. Other than that, absolutely horrible. Customer service does not know what they are doing, and will put you on hold for every request you have. If you do not follow up yourself, the company does not know how to properly setup and manage an account. They charge you for a full month, weeks before the setup is done. I had to wait for over 3 weeks for the installation, and the equipment had not even arrived by the time the technician came. They never processed my phone number transfer request, so I had to settle for a new number. They accidentally gave me 2 numbers when I only requested 1. And one of the numbers was already in use by another person (meaning when i call the number, a random stranger answers the phone). They do not know how to modify or setup a billing cycle, and attempted to charge me for 2 months when I had the service for a week only. Wait times are over 3 hours when you call customer service. It is cheap, so I guess you get the service you pay for…

I called customer service, I had to wait twice for more than an hour and 45 minutes before getting bored and leaving my phone number to reach me.I was called back, to put me back on hold after a simple question, I am still on hold after 41 minutes at the time of writing this message!

I tried to signup online, but it was failing because it couldn't check any address outside Ontario/Quebec.So I call, turns out it DID create an account and locked it. On hold forever.Since EBox's credit check service isn't working, it's assumed I have bad credit, and I have to pay a $70 security deposit. Because, again, EBox's system didn't work.This is fixed, they want to send me a modem/router. I confirm it will work, they say so.It's late, because Purolator. We hook it up. No service. Customer portal says "This account is not yet ready". Chat service errors, doesn't work. No coaxial cable was even included. I had to go get one. You couldn't include a 2 foot coax cable???On hold for two hours with customer service. They send me over to technical support, after talking over me when they asked me questions. Not letting me answer.While on hold, I request a callback. It comes three hours later. The person takes my info, then puts me on hold for SIX HOURS.SIX HOURS ON HOLD ON A CALLBACK. THAT IS NOT A CALLBACK.I discover chat works again. I talk to a person. They say they didn't have my phone number, which is crazy wrong. I joked "tell them I'm on the phone, and to answer".I am promised, repeatedly, that "i will be called back the soonest".No call, nothing.No answer on Facebook messaging.Calling your numbers obviously just puts me on hold infinitely.Signing up doesn't work. Chat doesn't work. The modem/router don't work.Absolutely terrible service in every regard possible. You have genuinely done nothing correctly. I super want a full refund. I'm sure if I do get ahold of a technician, they will break something or do something wrong.Doing 75% of your job, and then leaving the rest broken, doesn't give you a score of B+. You get that, right?
