Jean was very helpful, showed me the car I wanted to see right away. My biggest fear coming into the dealership, as a first time buyer, was that I would have been extremely pressured into adding items I could not afford. Which was not the case.Jean showed me the different models for the venue and explained the difference between the 2 extremely well, I ended up taking the preferred model and I am extremely happy with my experience all together.

GENERAL CONCLUSION ON MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: HYUNDAI LONGUEUIL IS CAPABLE OF LIE OR HIDE INFORMATION FROM YOU TO SELL!!!!!!!There you have it, the answer has arrived! Let's see what this says:1. Hyundai Longueuil did not respect its promise of inspection and delivery and when I was about to cancel everything, Mme. Ducasse found (WITH CONSULTATION OF THE MANAGER) a solution...2. I show up at the scene, I am assured that the vehicle is ready and I am asked to sign the documentation without any details...3. At the time of taking possession no details of the technical difficulty in carrying out the inspection (mentioned later in the "owner's" comment) and the fact that the vehicle is not cleaned (despite the fact that Mrs. Ducasse had just mentioned it during the signing "interior/exterior wash included") and that a nut was missing on each wheel...4. I realized the scam, but I had to leave for work so...I took the car and by calling the first Hyundai dealership that came up on Google (Hyundai Gabriel) I went by and bought " live" nuts to make the vehicle safe (price $42.99).5. Given the response of the "owner", he admits what I presented in the first message, he admits to having lied (by his team) and he apologizes (AFTER THE SALE, OF COURSE)!!!INITIAL NOTICE:Ordinary service! To avoid ! I bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson ($17,000 + extended warranty)...the start was promising....I was told that the car is a new arrival and that they need to inspect it (time estimated 24 to 48 hours maximum). The deadline was Thursday. When I called I was informed that they were waiting for the nuts (sorry, you have a parts service on site) and I was told that we could only take possession on Tuesday afternoon! When I told them that I would cancel my promise to purchase because they did not respect their promise, the car was delivered to me on Friday morning without washing it (there were traces of a Christmas tree in it) and each wheel was missing a nut. After 10 days of "delivery" no call to regain trust. Sorry, Ms. Ducasse, for your efforts but you are part of the group (Hyundai Longueuil) and the group does not even deserve a star! For those looking for service, especially after sales, the recommendation is: LOOK ELSEWHERE!....After a month...no response! However, the owner is very responsive to 4 and 5 stars... Really, but really ordinary!!!!!!!!

Incredible after-sales service who wanted to charge me for a diagnosis on my car still under warranty,.already it's not fun to have electrical problems for a hyundai elantra 2022 43k km and not easy to organize finding the time to resolve them we get done treat the same!! Never do business with this car dealership again and I don't recommend it either.

Very satisfied. Wednesday February 7 after meeting our sales advisor Julie Poulin and having the vehicle that we were giving in exchange evaluated, we purchased a 2024 Tucson which was to be delivered Friday afternoon February 9. Friday morning, the day of the transaction, the vehicle that we were to exchange had a major electronic problem, we immediately went to the dealership. Julie and the sales director meet with the service manager for a diagnosis of the exchange vehicle. I was able to hear their conversation, they are very busy but they will do their best, there is no tension between the different services. The working climate seems very good at this dealership, which is very reassuring for buyers. We're going back home and they're going to call us back, we didn't have much hope of having our vehicle for the weekend. At the end of the afternoon we received a call there was an agreement to everyone's satisfaction. We took possession of the vehicle. Julie even stayed after her regular working hours to deliver it to us, what professionalism. The detour is definitely worth going to Hyundai Longueuil and requesting an appointment with Julie Poulin. Excellent service. Only negative would be that they don't offer a shuttle service, you have to count extra dollars for the round trip by taxi, bring your bike, walk or wait a few hours.
